Are you feeling a bit queasy on the road or when taking a flight? Motion sickness can really put a damper on your travels. I get it! I’ve been there. Luckily, essential oils can come to the rescue!
My go-to essential oil for travel has always been
Peppermint. This oil is incredibly powerful and has a cooling and calming effect that can help combat nausea.
If it’s too strong for you,
Spearmint oil is a milder mint oil with similar benefits. I also recommend this oil if you’re traveling with kids prone to motion sickness.
3. Jet Lag Prevention
Traveling across time zones can be a real drag, leaving you feeling fatigued, mentally sluggish, and out of sorts. Jet lag affects us all in different ways and can take days to recover from.
For an essential oil travel tip, instead of suffering through it, I recommend making a blend!
This roller blend is like having a power-up– with
